Following our lengthy production experience, DWT company offers a new line of jig saw blades, which are distinguished by higher productivity and durability. We are glad to offer a wide range of saw blades, which differ by speed rate, cleanness and precision of cutting. Among other advantages of our blades are renewed attractive design, as well as new packaging reflecting quality and detailed information. Pictograms on the packing facilitate finding the most suitable saw blade for your application. The right choice of saw blade determines the ultimate result. The type of working material and cutting quality requirements play an important role. Saw blades are made from various materials specific to their application.

  • HCS blades, made from high-carbon steel, are used for cutting soft materials such as wood, woodfiber plates and plastics.
  • BiM, bimetal saw blades made from compound of HSS and HCS, correspond to the highest requirements and are used, for example when there is a danger of breakage. Their service life is approximately twice as long as service life of HSS and tenth as long as service life of HCS.
  • HSS, blades made from high speed steel, are designed for cutting hard materials such as metal, aluminium, and non-ferrous metals.
  • HM, saw blades with grained hardmetal coating, allow effective cutting of abrasive materials, such as glazed tile or fiberglass.

    • All Sabre saw blades have a 1/2" universal shank.
